Unique and luxury hotel, had good stay.
we were there for 3 days, everything was good, truly enjoyed its favourable location just off city center and the nearest metro station and lovely restaurants.

friendly personnel, good breakfasts, unusual room design, comfortable bed, large blanket. Good location - 3 minutes to metro, 10 minutes on foot to Rossio Square, while the hotel itself is on a quiet street.
No shelves for clothes, a small table - I had to keep things in my suitcase... On the 4th floor the water temperature in the shower was changing all the time, washing was very uncomfortable. There were no water problems on the 2nd floor.

The place is luxury, the staff are extremely friendly.
Its rooms are reasonably sized with Nesspresso coffee machine, the well working aircon plus lovely view for a fine stay.

Lack of storage space in rooms could make unpacking frustrating!!! Noise from cabaret shows at night isn't ideal for a good night's sleep!!! Wi-Fi connectivity issues can be troublesome for business travelers!!!

Cool hotel, fairly clean, lovely staff. Clean and very pretty room with big bathroom. Incredible and sensational breakfast with a wide array of hot/cold dishes. Impeccable service everywhere. Everything great. Marvellous and fab location just next door to a lush public garden:)))

We stayed for 4 nights and loved the lovely breakfast buffet and the clean, quirky rooms with YouTube on the TV, perfect for getting ready. The open terrace was a nice spot for relaxing with a drink.
